The KGFA Membership Application below can be used to request membership into KGFA. In order for the application to be considered, a “Sponsor” who is a Regular or Lifetime member of the club and in good standing must sign and date this form. The Sponsor will then present your application to the Membership Secretary for review.

Additionally, if you do not have a valid Kentucky CCDW or similar credential, you will be required to submit a background check to the Kentucky State Police and present the results before your application will be approved. Club bylaws prohibit those with felony convictions from membership.
